- ➤ A 19-year-old man named Christopher Taulbee was arrested on April 3 in Bourbon County and charged with double murder—accused of killing Dixieana Brainard and another man—when officers found him naked with blood on his hands and chest near the Rowan/Carter County line (he appeared for arraignment in Bourbon District Court on Wednesday afternoon).
