- ➤ Buffalo Trace Distillery launches an online auction called 'Pour It Forward for Kentucky' where bidders can win items like the Pappy Van Winkle collection—money raised will help victims of the London tornado and Frankfort floods and aid local rebuilding efforts. The auction runs until June 5 at 10 a.m. and funds will benefit the American Red Cross and Franklin County flood relief. WKYT

ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ The Kentucky Center for Statistics reported that unemployment rates dropped in 81 counties, rose in 31, and stayed the same in eight between April 2024 and April 2025. Woodford County had the lowest rate at 3.1 while Martin County had the highest at 9.3, and the state’s adjusted rate held at 5.2% from March to April—figures based on estimates that do not count every worker.
