- ➤ MiddleGround Capital from Lexington bought Zoerkler GmbH and Co KG, a company in Austria that makes strong parts for planes, cars, trains and factories, and will join it with its firm Xtrac that builds transmission systems for race cars and fast vehicles. - ➤ Kansas City-based real estate developer Hunt Midwest has begun construction on two Class A industrial buildings at Simpsonville 64 Logistics Park in Simpsonville—off Interstate 64 exit 28, offering 775,000 square feet of space available for lease.
