- ➤ Police arrested a 16-year-old on Thursday on charges including murder after officers responded around 8:45 p.m. last Wednesday to a stabbing on the 500 block of Douglas Avenue—67-year-old Freddie Richard Lynem Jr. was fatally wounded at UK Medical Center and two male suspects fled the scene.
