- ➤ Lexington police responded to a double shooting on North Broadway near Loudon just after 2 a.m.—the victims were taken to a local hospital and are expected to survive while investigators examine bullet holes in a vehicle from a nearby Speedway gas station parking lot and collect shell casings from the scene. - ➤ A Lexington man was arrested on Friday after police said he entered a Ward Drive home with a gun and tied up a victim using cable cords while stealing jewelry, cash, a necklace, and a phone — he now faces charges of burglary, wanton endangerment, kidnapping, and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
