- ➤ 25-year-old Deonte Carter, already jailed for a Lexington murder, now faces charges for a second homicide from the December 2021 shooting death of Devon Sandusky on Oak Hill Drive—he is also charged with evidence tampering and appeared in court Thursday morning with a pretrial conference scheduled as police continue to investigate both cases.
