- ➤ On Thursday, the Catholic Action Center released this year's homeless street survey showing nearly 3,000 people experienced homelessness in Lexington—a near six percent drop from last year—and officials from Street Voice Council said some individuals were not counted because they stayed hidden. - ➤ A Lexington owner turned his hobby into a full business by opening a QuickFlips Video Games store in September, with a team of 11 employees now handling online orders. The company ships games mostly in the U.S.—processing about $50,000 in orders weekly—and plans to grow further. LEX 18

- ➤ Lexington offers several live shows this weekend — the Broadway musical Mrs. Doubtfire plays at the Opera House, the Lexington Philharmonic presents The Witching Hour at Singletary Center, and rapper Kevin Gates brings his Amilio Tour to Rupp Arena. - ➤ Toyota officially opened a 30-acre solar farm at its Georgetown manufacturing plant to help reach its goal of zero carbon emissions by 2035 — the installation produces 15 million kilowatt hours annually, powering about 1,400 homes while providing nearly 4% of the facility’s energy needs. LEX 18
- ➤ Toyota Kentucky opened a 30-acre solar field at its Georgetown plant Friday morning that generates 15 million kilowatt hours each year—enough to power 1,400 homes. The installation now supplies 4% of the plant’s energy and is a key step toward reaching its 2030 net-zero goal. WKYT

- ➤ Tracy Whited said flooding on Bermuda Ave has troubled him for 39 years as rain fills his driveway.
